  • "We," "Us," and "Our": Refers to A4NGER, the operator and provider of A4CHAT.
  • "User": Refers to any individual, group, or entity that accesses or uses the A4CHAT platform.
  • "Content": Encompasses all types of data, text, images, audio, video, and other material uploaded, shared, or published by Users on the Platform.
  • "Services": Refers to the various functionalities provided by A4CHAT, including public timelines, private messaging, stories, e-wallet payments, and other interactive features.

2. Eligibility

A4CHAT is designed to serve a diverse and global community, but certain eligibility criteria must be met before you can use the Platform. These criteria ensure a safe, compliant, and equitable environment for all users:

  • You must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your country if higher. If you are under this age threshold, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under French law or the laws of your respective jurisdiction.

  • Use a unique and complex password for your A4CHAT account.
  • Avoid sharing your password with anyone. A4NGER will never request your password through email or any other communication channel.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available to add an extra layer of security.

Should you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. While we take measures to secure the Platform, Users are ultimately responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

  • Posting content that complies with our community guidelines.
  • Utilizing e-wallet features for secure transactions.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and positive environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited on A4CHAT:

  • Sharing illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.
  • Using the Platform to harass, intimidate, or harm others.
  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or distribution of malware.
  • Impersonating other individuals or organizations.
  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or hack into the Platform.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of any content they upload to A4CHAT. By using the Platform, however, you grant A4NGER a limited license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This license is non-exclusive and revocable upon deletion of the content.
